Delivery policy.
Everything on the Platform is a digital product. Nothing is shipped physically, and there is no courier or postal delivery step to track.
Reports and answers are delivered digitally — on screen and as a downloadable PDF — immediately after generation. No physical goods, no shipping, no delivery address required.
What is delivered
Every product on the Platform — a single ECS-TAD question answer, a question pack, a Compatibility Report, a Full Life Reading, or any other paid report — is digital content. There is no physical item, package, or courier involved at any point.
How it is delivered
Answers and reports are generated on our servers and delivered in two forms:
- On screen, in your account, as soon as generation completes
- As a downloadable PDF, available from the same page
When it is delivered
Delivery is immediate. Question-pack answers and most reports are generated and made available within moments of a completed payment. If a report requires additional processing time, the product page states this before you pay.
No physical shipping
The Platform does not sell or ship any physical goods. No shipping address is collected, and no shipping or handling fee is charged, because there is nothing to ship.
If delivery fails
If a payment completes but the answer or report does not appear in your account, this is treated as a technical failure and is covered by our Refund Policy. Contact us at [[SUPPORT EMAIL]] and we will investigate.
